In addition to the local missions listed above, Bethany also supports regional missions such as Andover Newton Theological Schools, Church World Service Crop Walk, and the 30-Hour Famine.
- Andover-Newton Theological School: In the year 2001, Bethany donated $ 1,000.00 to support Andover-Newton's Christian Education Mission here in the state. For more information on the programs available at Andover Newton, check out the schools web site.
- Annual CropWalk: Bethany Members also take part in the Attleboro Area Crop Walk, co-sponsored by Church World Services and the Attleboro Area Council of Churches, the walk includes over 200 walkers from numerous area churches. Proceeds go to the Food and Friends program and are used by Church World Services to fund mission service projects around the US and the world.
- 30 Hour Famine: Bethany's youth take part in the 30-Hour Famine missions project. The famine raises funds for hunger relief activities in this event sponsored by Project Bread. The group fasts for 30 hours in a lock-in at the church as a demonstration of unity and understanding with the hungry of the world.
